About Wuffmo

Wuffmo is operated by Daniel Denoon, Sonnentalstrasse 13, 8600 Dübendorf, Switzerland. Contact us at hello@wuffmo.com. These terms apply to purchases through wuffmo.com. They do not limit mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

Products and personalisation

The product page describes the harness, available sizes, colours, features and included items. Measure your dog using the size guide before ordering. Colours may look slightly different on different screens. Check your selected size, colour, dog's name and optional phone number before paying. We personalise using the information you provide. Email us promptly about an error; changes may not be possible once personalisation or dispatch has started. Your rights concerning an error made by us remain unaffected.

Prices, payment and orders

The currency, product price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown during checkout before you place an order. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may vary by location. Review the complete order before submitting payment. We send an order confirmation to the email address you provide. Keep it for your records.

Delivery times are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, import taxes and customs or carrier clearance fees, as explained in our Shipping policy. Any import charge collected at checkout will be identified there.

If a genuine pricing, availability or order-processing error prevents us from supplying an order, we will contact you promptly. We will not substitute a product or increase the price without your agreement. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.

Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Our Shipping policy explains dispatch and delivery. Our Return and refund policy explains the 30-day money-back guarantee, cancellations, EU / EEA withdrawal rights and the legal guarantee of conformity. You can request a return or cancellation in your account or contact hello@wuffmo.com.

Using the harness

Adjust the harness for a secure, comfortable fit and inspect the straps, stitching, fastenings and leash attachment before use. Follow the supplied care instructions. Stop using damaged equipment. Do not leave a dog unattended while tethered. The harness is walking equipment, not a medical treatment or a guarantee against injury or pulling. Seek appropriate veterinary advice if your dog has pain, an injury or a health condition.

Your information

Provide accurate contact, delivery and personalisation details. Our Privacy policy explains how personal information is used and your choices. If you add a phone number to the name patch, it will be visible on the finished harness.

Consumer protections and complaints

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your rights for faulty or misdescribed goods. Contact hello@wuffmo.com about a complaint so we can help. You retain any rights to contact a consumer authority, use an available dispute-resolution process or bring a claim before a competent court. We do not require consumers to waive the mandatory protections of their country of residence.

Changes to these terms

Updates apply to future orders. The terms presented when your order was placed continue to apply to that purchase, subject to mandatory law.
